I include an example of reduced matrices (mor.B, mor.C, mor.K, mor.M)
and results from ANSYS (fixstep.m) so that you are able to run the
program and check it works properly. I also included an explanation of
how I create the state-space model (state_space.pdf).

All you need to run in Matlab is the M-file ansys_mor_comp.m. 

It will then automatically run the program MOR2MATLAB.m (mmread.m) to
transform the matrices into Matlab format, then it will run the Simulink
simulation, load the data from fixstep.m and plot the results.
